Connect CRM and calendar

Integrations let assistants and campaigns read and update your CRM and book meetings on your calendar during a call.

Supported integrations

Outhub connects to popular CRMs and calendars through OAuth. Available providers depend on your plan — check Integrations in the app for the full list on your account.

Typical use cases:

• Look up or create a contact from the caller's phone number.
• Write call notes or update contact fields after a qualified conversation.
• Book a meeting on a connected calendar when the caller is ready.

Connect an integration

1. Open Integrations from the sidebar.
2. Find the CRM or calendar you use and select Connect.
3. Complete the OAuth sign-in flow in the popup.
4. Confirm the connection shows as active in your integrations list.

Team owners manage connections. Each integration is scoped to your team workspace.

Use during calls

After connecting:

1. Edit your assistant and enable the relevant tools (CRM lookup, stage update, calendar booking).
2. Mention in the system prompt when the assistant should use each tool.
3. Publish the assistant and run a test call.

For outbound campaigns, integrations can also sync outcomes back to your CRM when activities complete.
